Who We Are

Black Knuckle Land Management is a land clearing business based in Granbury, Texas, and is part of the Black Knuckle Ranch family of operations. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Black Knuckle Land Management.

Our Services

We provide forestry mulching, brush hog mowing, light dirt work, driveway reconditioning and gravel work, culvert installation, house pad construction, and RV and gravel pad installation.

We do not sell land. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or lease property.

We do not provide fine finish grading. If a project requires it, we will tell you before any work is agreed.

Estimates

Estimates are free. An estimate is based on the information you give us and our review of the property, which may include aerial and parcel maps and, when needed, an in-person visit. Submitting a request through this website does not by itself create an agreement for work.

Service Area

We generally work within about an hour to an hour and a half of Granbury, Texas. Whether we can take on a job outside that range is at our discretion.

Payment

We accept cash, check, and card.

Communication

When you call, text, email, or submit a form, you are asking us to contact you about your request. We may reply by phone, text message, or email. If you call and we cannot answer, our system may send you a text message confirming we received your call.
