Frequently Asked Questions
Here are straight answers to the questions we hear most from property owners around Granbury. For questions about a specific service, each service page has its own set of answers.
Everything Landowners Ask Us
About the company, estimates and scheduling, services and fit, and where we work.
Do you sell land?
No. We clear and work land; we don't sell it. If you own property that needs brush cleared, mowing, dirt work, or gravel, that's what we do.
Are estimates really free?
Yes. There's no charge to talk through your project and get an estimate.
How does the estimate process work?
You tell us where the property is and what you want done. Depending on the job, we may start by looking over the property with aerial and parcel maps, and we'll come out in person when the job calls for it. Then we give you an honest read on what it takes.
What should I have ready when I reach out?
The property's location, a rough idea of its size, and what you want it to look like when we're done. Photos help too, if you have them.
How soon can you get to my job?
It depends on what's already on the schedule. We'll tell you straight when we can realistically start, rather than promise a date we can't keep.
What services do you offer?
Our main services are forestry mulching and brush hog mowing. We also do light dirt work, driveway reconditioning and gravel work, culvert installation, house pads, and RV and gravel pads.
Is there anything you don't do?
We don't do fine finish grading. Light dirt work is no problem, but if your project needs precise final grading, we'll tell you up front so you can plan for it.
Where are you located?
We're based just outside Granbury, Texas, about an hour southwest of Fort Worth.
How far will you travel?
Generally about an hour to an hour and a half from Granbury. That includes Glen Rose, Cleburne, Weatherford, Stephenville, Springtown, and Palo Pinto County. See our service areas for more.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, check, and card.
